2007

Foundation years

Avneet began his real estate journey in April 2007 with DD Infrastructure, working on plotted and gated development projects across Sonipat, Faridabad, and Mohali. Rapidly rising through the ranks, he exited in mid-2009 as an Assistant Sales Manager, laying a strong foundation in land-driven development.

2009

Scaling with Strategy

Joining SONI Infrastructure in mid-2009, he led sales and marketing for plotted developments and residential floors in Karnal. His strategic execution and sales leadership resulted in the complete sell-out of a landmark township project before his exit in 2011.

2011

Regional Growth Leadership

In 2011, Avneet joined VSQUARE, a development management company, where he led growth marketing and sales operations for multiple developers including VSR Infratech, Vardhman Builders, and VLPL. His portfolio spanned prominent projects in Gurgaon and Dharuhera such as VSR 114 Avenue, VSR Park Street, Vardhman Dharuhera, and VLPL 83 Avenue—covering both commercial and residential townships.

2013

Entrepreneurial Leap

In 2013, Avneet established his own venture focused on Gurgaon’s booming real estate market. As Founder & MD, he played a key role in marketing and selling iconic projects from DLF, AIPL, M3M, JMS, and VSR. Under his leadership, CS Land Traders evolved into a respected brand known for ethical advisory, trusted sales practices, and customer-centric solutions.

2025

Founded Zun Land Developers

In January 2025, Avneet launched Zun Land Developers with a clear mission: to develop projects on self-owned land across promising regions like Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh and other regions. As Founder, he now leads the company’s vision to deliver land-secured value and transformative developments backed by decades of experience.
